KC Jones are Karen Killeen-Jones (prize winning songwriter) and her husband Colin
Jones, both experienced singers and musicians.
They come from Nuneaton in Warwickshire and perform mostly original songs,
but also some traditional and contemporary covers, with instrumentation such as
guitar, mandolin, accordion, melodica and whistle.
They perform at folk clubs and festivals around the country, and known for their
catchy and thought provoking songs, fine vocals, close harmonies and banter, an
entertaining set is always promised from this folk duo.
Their second album “Rootsˮ featuring such guest musicians as Keith Donnelly and
Lauren South, has received critical acclaim, as has Karenʼs solo EP “A Womanʼs
Workˮ.
